It is totally up to you, however we recommend you use

Royal Mail Special Delivery as it is fully insured and is more

reliable than recorded delivery.

Which method you use to return my device to me?

We always use Special Delivery for the same reasons as above

and it also gets back to you much faster, within 24 hours in fact.

What should I send to you?

Send your iPod or iPhone and the repair form fully filled out with as much detail as possible and signed. Please do notinclude any accessories unless requested by us.
